Everything was fine and the hotel was completely clean in all parts and very nice treatment to give attention to the person❤️❤️

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione Termini, ma in una zona tranquilla. Si trova in un edificio elegante l'arredamento è moderno e particolare Gli spazi comuni tra cui la sala colazioni sono tenuti bene e puliti. In questo hotel ho soggiornato più volte, in stanze diverse, dalla confort alla suite, naturalmente con metrature diverse, ma tutte pulite con molto cura e controllate prima che l' ospite entri. Le camere sono dotate di molti confort tra cui bollitore, utile per un thè o un caffè, frigobar, tv. Il bagno è dotato di prodotti utili per l'igiene personale shampoo, doccia schiuma , crema ecc. La colazione è ottima con prodotti freschi e di qualità , Tutto il personale, dalla reception, a chi si occupa della sala colazione, allo staff delle pulizie, è molto gentile ed attento alle richieste del cliente.

Het hotel is ons zeer goed bevallen, mooie kamer, fijne bedden, heerlijk geslapen. Een uitstekende ligging en er hangt een fijne sfeer. Je voelt je zeer welkom en zouden het hotel zeker aanbevelen.

I initially booked this hotel mainly because of its location. It is a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini train station (which is across from Cafe Trombetta, the meeting place for our Amalfi Coast Tour). This hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast was only 10 Euros per person and the best breakfast we had in the 21 days we were in Europe! Eleonora (reception) was very nice and helpful. She let us do a late check out (even though the elderly man who was on duty the evening before insisted that was not possible. Get that man out of the front desk if you want customers to come back to your hotel because he was also arguing with another customer prior to waiting on me) and helped us get a taxi. The personnel in the breakfast room were doing an excellent job. Everything was excellent quality! I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I am in Europe.

The room was great and spacious. Good bed and aircondition. Huge balcony was a nice surprise.
