Friendly staff, very good breakfast and quiet place: all you need for a good stay

Easy to find location, safe area, parking onsite good size. The hotel is very nice lobby, room good size and modern. I will stay here again if visit Hamburg. Breakfast is many food available

Close to the motorway, with a bus stop across the road connecting you quickly to the subway and other public transport systems. Room had no central air system or air conditioning but I believe they are in the process of upgrading and it was apparently switched off in the corridor ,which was airless. Fans were provided, which was wonderful as the temperature was extreme outside at times and I ended up buying a cooling unit for the room. A wonderful building though with plenty of parking. Staff are all amazing and breakfast is a large buffet. Also, a pet friendly hotel and family friendly. Wifi speed and strength fantastic if yoh need to work and there is a LAN connection. Additionally you have 2 USB power points for charging gadgets, freeing up plug points. Definately will return, hopefully not im summer!
